How does it work?
-Once ordered you’ll receive and order confirmation email with some shipping info and an address to send your milk/ashes/inclusions to! If you ordered the shipping supplies I will send them to you so no need to worry about shipping milk and/or other inclusions. 4-5 business days after I receive your milk you will get an email letting you know! After that it’s 8-10 weeks until your jewelry is shipped out! You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your order ships.

How much milk do you need?
I prefer 1/4-1/2 an ounce for up to 4 single pieces and 1 ounce for a jewelry set. This ensures I have enough milk in case it does spill in the mail. Feel free to send more if you are okay with me throwing out the extra. If you cannot produce this amount please contact me and we can work something out. Please do not send your last milk! I cannot control the postal services and the chance of it being lost.
How much of the Cremains do I send?
I just ask that you send 1/16 - 1/8tsp of ashes. These pieces do not require a large amount and I want to make sure you don’t send all of what you have left of your precious loved one or pet. Please double bag when sending!
How much of other inclusions do I send (placenta, umbilical cord, flowers, hair, etc.)
I ask for 1/2 in hair and 1/8 tsp or corner of other inclusions! If sending flowers make sure whatever it is in will not bend and destroy them!
What is the turn around time?
Once I receive your milk it will be anywhere from 8-10 weeks until your jewelry is shipped out if milk/ cremains/inclusions are sent within two weeks. If it takes longer to send you may be subject to a longer turnaround time.
How do I send my milk to you?
Once you order an email will be sent to you with an address to ship your milk. Please make sure to write your full name on a storage bag, double bag your milk (quadruple bag if using ziplocs) and send it in a bubble mailer. MILK CAN BE SENT FROZEN OR THAWED. Please send within 2 weeks or you may be subject to a longer turn around time.
Are there returns or exchanges?
No. I do not offer refunds or exchanges. If any order needs to be cancelled it needs to be done so within 48hrs. This cancellation will have a 20% fee.
Can I send in my own jewelry setting?
Unfortunately I do not take in and work on any outside settings. Sorry for an inconvenience this may cause!

Can I customize my stone with options not listed?
Yes. Please put anything not listed that you would like in the comment box. I will try to get back to you in a timely manner to see if I can accommodate your customizations. This usually causes a price increase.
What type of metal/stones do you use?
All metal is currently 925 sterling silver, gold plated, or 14k gold (not all jewelry has 14k option) and should not turn your skin any odd color. Stones are cubic zirconia or mossanite for 14k gold settings. Plating can wear off. The time frame varies from months to years depending on how often it’s worn/ what you do when it’s worn/etc. Should the ring need resizing you can take it to a jeweler. It is then up to the jeweler if they would like to take on the job, I do not resize.
Can I use milk that is frozen or from years ago?
Yes! Any milk will work, frozen, thawed, old, or fresh. I can work with it all!
Will my milk still be good once it gets to you?
Yes! Your milk should not go bad in the mail, if it happens to go bad I can still work with it!
Will my stone turn colors over time?
No your jewelry should not turn color over time if you are following the right care instructions.
Do you offer refunds?
I do not offer refunds.
What if I am not happy with my purchase?
Please contact me stating what you are not happy with. I will do my best to make it right!
Do you do custom orders?
Yes. Each order can be customized to you to an extent. If you are wanting something not listed on the options please contact the chat to see if I can accommodate you!
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout.
Can you use human or pet remains in my jewelry?
Yes I can use both! Please send an ounce with your milk and I will send back whatever I do not use.
How long do you keep my milk?
- Due to the high volume of orders I am only able to keep your milk 2 weeks after being shipped to you. After that milk will be thrown out! Again please do not send your last milk!
What does the Warranty cover?
Warranties may cover any minor scratches to the breastmilk stone, if a stone around the ring falls out it will be replaced. Deliberate or minor scratches to the ring itself are not covered. Yellow or Rose Gold plating wearing off will not be covered under the warranty due to that being the nature of plated metals. Water damage or anything deemed careless to the breastmilk stone will not be covered. The things listed will only be covered if it is deemed necessary and it seems as though proper jewelry care was followed. Photos and order numbers will need to be provided.
All products are final sale! This means no returns, refunds, or exchanges due to the unique nature of each piece.
